Tropical Pale Ale, 5%: Deeply hazy, almost opaque dark gold color, with a caramel murky floating yeast cloud. Slightly creamy beige 2-3 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, with decent legs. Flavors of pineapples, mangos, orange, coriander, caramel, sweet grains and herbal hops. Slick and smooth full body with a moderate crisp. Medium strength finish, indeed has a nice ripe tropical fruity juicy feel, with some wheat and balanced leafy hops. Highly accessible, well interpreted APA that is fruity but not bitter, so you can really say this is not an IPA. The balance is really impressive, I’ve never tasted a Pale Ale like that. Pleasant to drink and quite delicious, filling and fresh, although the body gets a little thin quite fast. Overall excellent quality craft.
