Saison, 5%: Veiled straw color with faint activity. Gets deeply hazy and murky with more yeast pour. Slightly foamy light beige 3 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with poor legs, okay lacing, but lacks a swirl effect. Flavors of green grapes, light grapefruits, flowers, wild yeast, caramel, black pepper, wheat, sweet grains and floral hops. Slick and smooth full body with prickly carbonation, softly crispy. Light to medium strength finish, clean and lightly dry, slightly sour and funky with a bit of hay, ending with balanced grains and flowery hops. Not much cheesy nor strong in the yeast department, the barnyard feel is too faint. Feels like a table Saison of session strength, similar to a Sofie but unfortunately not as complex. Gets a little more powerful the more the yeast is poured but still not enough for my taste. Still a nice pleasant and delicate Saison to enjoy, with good freshness. Overall very good quality craft.
