West coast American IPA: Pretty clear, slight haze, dark straw color with lots of activity. Gets cloudy with the yeast pour. Frothy and creamy faint beige 3-4 finger head, lasting around 15-20 minutes, with generous legs. Flavors of pineapples, grapefruits, lemon, pine, pepper, sweet grains and herbal hops. Slick and smooth medium body with zesty and sharp carbonation. Medium to strong finish, highly tropical, a bit leafy and piney and clovey on the tongue. Though it’s well intensified, very fresh and ends quite clean. Low buttery feel and maillard effect, still highly sugary. West coast kind of IPA, delicious and filling, I enjoy this a lot ! Overall excellent quality craft.
