Table Saison, 3.5%: Misty and cloudy dark straw color, with low activity but lots of floating yeast. Foamy white 2-3 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, with poor legs, but decent lacing. Flavors of sweet grains, wheat, lemon, green grapes, light grapefruits, hay, wild yeast and floral hops. Slick and smooth full body with crispy carbonation. Light session strength finish, soft flowery dry hops with sharp zesty yeast, a bit wheaty with some coriander. Highly accessible entry level Saison, could be stronger. Good freshness with some filling qualities. Well balanced between sweetness and bitterness. Nice taste with some delicate complexity in the finish, although it does have an underflavored barnyard feel. Overall good quality craft.
