Hefeweizen, 5.3%: Slightly cloudy and veiled golden color with light activity. Foamy light beige 3 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, average legs but good swirl reaction. Flavors of sweet grains dominant wheat and barley, light clove, caramel, banana yeast, and floral hops. Slick and oily medium body with a moderate crisp. Light to medium strength finish, cerealy with a soft spicy effect, and a hint of noble hops. The body is kinda dull and uninteresting for the style, also lacks a bit a freshness from an overly syrupy toffee maillard feel. Highly yeasty with an excessive banana sensation. Not really subtle and feels more like a desert. Overall above average quality craft.
