American IPA, 7%: Polished veiled and cloudy dark amber color with a powerful amount of activity. Creamy beige 2-3 finger head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with very strong sparkly legs. Aromas of citrus hops and bready caramel. Flavors of orange, lemon, citrus fruits, piney, caramel, pineapples, floral and herbal spices. Sugary with a sharp feel. Thick full body with moderate crispy carbonation. Strong and long finish, ending with an highly leafy hoppy tea like feel, less tropical than most others, with some citrusy and piney tongue coat. Overall high quality craft offering a killer look and tons of powerful flavors that are well balanced. Decent freshness, silky body, with a nice buttery scent. Though a bit too intense for a single, less accessible.
