Clear with a slight cloud effect, with few activity. Tight foamy and frothy white 4+ finger explosive head, lasting around 15 minutes, with residual legs and decent swirl reaction. Flavors of pears, lemon, sweet grains pils dominant, light caramel, and floral hops. Slick full body with a very sharp crisp. Light strength finish, more fruity dominant than herbal, poor hops intensity, so it’s not a good Kolsch example. Way too accessible. Nice body but the finish is bland and uninteresting, while clean and refreshing. Overall average in quality.

Deep hazy and murky dark amber color with no activity. Creamy and bubbly light beige 2-3 finger head, lasting around 15-20 minutes, with average legs but a good swirl effect. Flavors of pineapples, orange, grapefruits, lemon, sweet grains dominant barley, clove, toffee, and herbal hops. Slick and oily medium body with a sharp crisp. Strong strength finish, citrusy and slightly tropical though more with a thick leafy and piney feel similar to tobacco. It’s resinous and a robust one indeed but still well balanced with lots of brown sugar and cinnamon. Okay freshness that takes a hit from an overly alcoholic feel. The maillard effect is excessive, also the body is a bit too dull and thin. With the yeast it gets even harsher but sharper from a dominant taste of lemon. A tad overly strong, yet really packed with flavors. Overall good quality craft.

Deep hazy dark gold color with lots of activity and a yeast cloud. Creamy and frothy light beige 2 finger head, lasting around 15 minutes, with a bit of legs, but having a great swirl effect. Flavors of pineapples, mangos, orange, lemon, soft pine, sweet grains, light caramel, and herbal hops. Slick and oily medium to full body with prickly and crisp carbonation. Strong strength finish, slightly leafy, more tropical, citrusy, and floral with dry hops. Residual notes are quite pleasant and well balanced. Nice intensity ending quickly clean. Solid IPA and American interpretation. Overall very good quality craft.
