Strawberry fruity beer, 5%: Bright with a light veil, pinkish color with no activity. Poor foamy light pink 1 finger head, lasting around 2 minutes, legs. Flavors of strawberries, light sweet grains and hops but no wheat detected. Slick and smooth full body with a good crisp. Light strength finish, slightly tart and mostly fruity with a hint of leafy hops and grains. Highly accessible. Very basic but true to the style by offering a fresh fruity feel with lots of bubbles though not much complexity, just almost pure strawberries. Overall above average quality craft.

Fruit Wheat Ale, 4%: Cloudy and murky amber/orange color with low activity but lots of floating detritus including what seems to be seeds. Foamy light beige 3 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with decent leggings and swirl effect. Flavors of raspberries, pumpkin, orange, light caramel, sweet grains, wheat, and herbal hops. Slick full body with a moderate crisp. Light strength finish, lightly grainy and wheathy, slightly tart from the fruits, ends with balanced leafy hops that feels like autumn and flowers. Good freshness and drinkability though highly accessible. A subtle fruit beer that could be more intense, although you can feel the quality of the ingredients. Overall very good quality craft.

Fruit beer, 5.5%: Hazy and veiled copper reddish color with moderate activity. Gets murky with the yeast. Foamy pink 3 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with light legs and not much swirl effect. Flavors of wild berries, sweet grains, Belgian yeast, and herbal hops. Slick and smooth full body with extra crispy carbonation, almost champagne like. Light to medium strength finish of sour fruits, with notes of wheat grains and a balanced final of floral hops. So this is one of the most sour version of all other Éphémère, probably made from all the sour craze these days. Good freshness and ends pretty clean, highly accessible. Great summer beer. Not my favorite, tending to be less fresh and complex, still a very good fruit beer overall.

Fruit beer / Red Ale, 7%: Clear dark amber caramel color with moderate activity. Slightly creamy beige 2-3 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, with thin legs. Flavors of raspberries, light cherries, sweet grains, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins, barley and herbal hops. Slick full body with soft prickly and crispy carbonation. Light to medium strength finish, more sour than bitter, softly dry, very accessible black fruity feel, slightly grainy and bready. Truly a fruit beer, does the job well, with some hints of red ale spices. Not much complex, nor well balanced. Highly sugary, yet it ends not too bad with a pleasant thick berry tart effect on the tongue, similar to a jolly rancher candy. Average taste with a well rounded body. Decent freshness, and the scent is incredibly inviting. Overall okay quality craft.
