Saison, 6.3%: Clear straw color with a good amount of activity. Gets cloudy as more yeast is poured, even murky. Extra foamy white 3-4 finger sparkling head, lasting around 15-20 minutes, creating strong legs and good swirl reaction. Flavors of lime, green grapes, sweet grains dominant wheat, wild yeast, and floral hops. Slick and smooth medium to full body with sharp crispy carbonation, almost champagne like. Medium strength finish, some brett yeast and straw effect with flowery hops. A hint of cheese as more yeast is poured. Highly accessible, lacking a bit of spices or fruity yeast, cause it feels more like a low ~4% table saison. Still a well done and balanced delicate mellow Saison. Overall good quality craft.
