Munich Helles Lager, 5.4%: Clear with a slight haze, golden color with low activity. Tight foamy white 2 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, with decent legs and swirl effect. Flavors of caramel, sweet grains, algae, fish sauce, and floral hops. Slick medium body with prickly and crispy carbonation. Light strength finish, grainy with soft vegetal hops, soft butterscotch and attenuated lager yeast. Salt and sea profile. Highly accessible. Good freshness but a bit bland. Nothing special nor stellar to note. Overall below average quality craft.
